How do I get a quote?
Submit a quote request or start a chat with the assistant. For most projects a short on-site walkthrough is needed before a quote can be prepared, and you can request one directly.
What areas do you serve?
Raleigh, Durham and Chapel Hill, North Carolina, and the surrounding Triangle communities. If you're just outside those areas, ask — we'll confirm before scheduling anything.
Will I be talking to a real person?
Yes. The website assistant collects the basics so the first human conversation is productive, and a person follows up on every qualified request.
Do you charge for a walkthrough?
That's a question for the company during follow-up — this website doesn't set prices or fees.
Can I send photos of my yard?
Yes. You can attach photos to a quote request; they help the crew prepare for the walkthrough.
Service-specific
Do you offer recurring lawn care?
Recurring and one-time visits can both be discussed during your walkthrough. Frequency depends on the property and season.
Can you look at a tree or shrub that seems unhealthy?
Yes — mention it in your request and we'll make sure it's looked at during the walkthrough.
Do you haul the leaves away?
Haul-away can be included — tell us during the walkthrough whether you'd like debris removed or composted on site.
Do I need a walkthrough before a patio quote?
Yes. Patio pricing depends on site prep, access, grading and materials, so an on-site visit is needed before a quote can be prepared.
When is the best time to aerate and seed?
It depends on your grass type and the season. Share what your lawn looks like and we'll recommend timing during the walkthrough.
Do deck projects require a walkthrough?
Yes — structure, footings and access have to be seen in person before a quote can be prepared.
