Who operates this website

This website is operated by an independent marketing partner that connects homeowners with Kingdom Landscapes. Requests submitted here are shared with Kingdom Landscapes so they can follow up and provide a quote. Operator contact details: NEEDS_CONFIRMATION — operator legal name and contact email.

What we collect

Information you give us: name, phone, email, project address or ZIP code, project description, timing, optional budget range, optional photos, and your contact preferences and consent choices.
Chat conversations: messages you exchange with the website assistant, which is an automated program and not a person.
How you found us: the page you landed on, the referring site, campaign parameters in the link you clicked (such as utm_source or gclid), timestamps, and a random visitor identifier stored in a first-party cookie. We use this to attribute your request to a marketing source.
Technical data: browser type and a one-way hashed form of your IP address, used only to prevent spam and abuse.

How we use it

To pass your request to Kingdom Landscapes so they can contact you and prepare a quote.
To follow up with you by the method you chose. Text messages are sent only if you tick the SMS consent box; reply STOP to opt out.
To document which marketing channel produced the request, for the operator's referral records with Kingdom Landscapes.
To measure and improve the website and advertising, using the analytics and advertising services described below.

Who we share it with

Your request, contact details and any photos are shared with Kingdom Landscapes. We use service providers to host the site and database (Vercel, Supabase), send email notifications, optionally run the chat assistant (Anthropic), and protect forms from abuse (Cloudflare Turnstile). We do not sell personal information.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

First-party cookies remember your visitor id and how you arrived (up to 90 days) and your cookie choice. Where configured, Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta Pixel may set cookies to measure conversions and show relevant ads; these load only after you accept in the cookie banner (Google Consent Mode v2 is used), or can be declined without affecting the site.

Retention

Lead records are kept for as long as needed to document the referral and any resulting work, and then deleted or anonymised. Chat transcripts and uploaded photos are kept with the related lead record.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, by phoning (919) 525-8063 or emailing the operator contact above. Residents of states with privacy laws (for example California, Virginia, Colorado) may have additional rights, which we will honour on request.
